Moody's: No rating impact following amendments in the Optimum ONE S.A.R.L.

London, 05 April 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has been requested to assess the impact on the ratings of the notes issued by Optimum ONE S.A.R.L. following the proposal to increase the size of the VFN note to GBP140 million from GBP100 million. In Moody's opinion this increase in the size of the notes according to the accordion mechanism describe in the documentation would not, in and of itself and as of this point in time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings assigned to the outstanding classes of notes of Optimum ONE S.A.R.L. According to the Accordion Mechanism, if the deal is in compliance with the performance triggers, the structure allows additional loans to be added to the program on a continuous basis.
