Moody's: No negative ratings impact resulting from new issuance under Yapi's DPR program
Madrid, October 02, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the issuance of approximately USD 550 million of series 2014-A notes not rated by Moody's on or around the 2 October 2014 by Yapi Kredi Diversified Payments Rights Finance (the "Issuer") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of outstanding notes issued by the Issuer.
