Moody's: No negative rating impact on Sonic 2013-1 notes following issuance of the Series 2016-1 notes
New York, May 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Services announced today that the issuance of the 2016-1 notes by Sonic Capital LLC, would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the Series 2013-1 Class A-2 Notes co-issued by Sonic Capital LLC.
