Moody's: No negative rating impact on notes of Partholon CDO I PLC following Deutsche Bank downgrade

London, 19 February 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposal to retain Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch ("the Bank") in its role as account bank and custodian following the downgrade of the Bank's long-term rating to A3 and its short-term rating to (P)P-2, and the entry into an amendment deed to modify the minimum long term and short term ratings applicable to the Bank in its role as account bank and custodian to A3 and (P)P-2, respectively, will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the outstanding notes ("Notes") of Partholon CDO I PLC. The entry into this amendment deed is conditional upon note holders' approval.
