Moody's: No negative rating impact on notes issued by E-Carat S.A., Compartment 4 following proposed entry into side letter regarding account bank agreement
Frankfurt am Main, February 12, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the entry of the Issuer into a side letter (the "Proposal") on or around 13th February will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the outstanding notes ("Notes") of E-Carat S.A., Compartment 4.
