Moody's: No Negative Rating Impact on 10 ABS transactions in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas serves as Trustee
New York, December 05, 2014 -- On July 29, 2014, Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") downgraded the senior debt and deposit rating of Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries to A3 from A2 and downgraded its short term issuer level rating to P-2 from P-1. These rating levels are below the rating thresholds for Trustees contained in the underlying ABS deal documentation.
