London, 08 July 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the issuance by Akbank Remittances Trust Securitisation Limited (A.R.T.S. Ltd.) (the "Issuer") on 7th July 2015 of USD 150m of Tranches 40, 41 and 42 due in September 2020 which are not rated by Moody's (the "Issuances") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings on outstanding notes of the Issuer.
