Moody's: Mexico's financial discipline law a long-term positive for regional governments
Mexico, April 05, 2016 -- A financial discipline law that imposes limits on short-term debt and requires more transparency, is a credit positive for Mexican regional and local governments. However, the benefits of the legislation may only be felt in the long run, says Moody's Investors Service.
