Mexico, August 27, 2015 -- As part of if its 2016 budget proposal, to be presented by September 8, Mexico is expected to curb financial backing for states' infrastructure projects and other transfers overseen by federal ministries owing to the federal government's policy of reducing public expenditure by 0.8% of GDP in 2016, Moody's Investors Service says in "Mexico's 2016 Federal Budget Will Likely Curtail States' Project Transfers, a Credit Negative."
