Moody's: JPMCC 2006-LDP7 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of the PennCom Plaza Loan

New York, October 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that 132 West 31st Street Building Investors II, LLC, the Borrower for the PennCom Plaza Loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
