Moody's: JPMCC 2005-LDP5 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of the Brookdale Office Portfolio Loan
New York, November 21, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that twenty-one (21) individual SPE borrowers (collectively, the "Borrowers" ) for the Brookdale Office Portfolio Loan mortgage loan, have elected to defease both the A-1 and A-2 notes of the mortgage loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
