Moody's: InCapS Funding II, Ltd. ratings unaffected by changes to ISDA Schedule

New York, April 22, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the entry by InCapS Funding II, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), a TruPS CDO, into an amendment to the ISDA schedule dated as of December 16, 2003, between the Issuer and AIG Financial Products Corp., dated as of April 22, 2016 (the "Amendment") and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the immediate withdrawal, suspension or downgrade with respect to the current rating by Moody's of the Class A-2 Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendment could have non-credit-related effects.
