Moody's: GSMS 2011-GC5 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, January 23, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Controlling Class Representative intends to replace Torchlight Loan Services, LLC, as the Special Servicer and to appoint LNR Partners LLC, as the successor Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
