Moody's: GoldenTree Loan Opportunities VI, Limited ratings unaffected by Addition of Luxembourg as Tax-Advantaged Jurisdiction.
New York, May 19, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the inclusion of Luxembourg as a "Tax-Advantaged Jurisdiction" as that term is defined in the Indenture entered into by GoldenTree Loan Opportunities VI, Limited (the "Issuer"), a CLO, dated as of May 1, 2012, will not in and of itself and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal or reduction of any current Moody's rating of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer.
