Moody's: Gillespie CLO PLC ratings unaffected by change of Corporate Services Provider from Deutsche Bank to The Bank of New York Mellon

London, 09 May 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that Gillespie CLO PLC (the "Issuer") leveraged loan cash flow CLO's entry into the Deed of Novation and Amendment between, amongst others, Deutsche International Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited (the "Exiting Administrator") and The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Dublin Branch (the "New Administrator") dated, 01 May 2013, and the performance of the activities contemplated therein will not, in and of itself, and at this time, cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the amendment could have other, non credit-related effects.
