Moody's: GECMC 2005-C4 and Serviced Pari Passu Loan Securities Ratings Unaffected by Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights to LNR from Midland
New York, February 04, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Directing Certificateholder intends to exercise its right to replace Midland Loan Services, Inc. ("Midland") as the Special Servicer and to appoint LNR Partners, Inc. ("LNR") as the successor Special Servicer ("Proposed Transfer"). The Proposed Transfer will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
