Moody's: GE Capital Corp's disposal will alter ABS landscape
New York, April 16, 2015 -- General Electric Company's (GE) announced divestiture of most of its GE Capital Corp (GE Capital) unit will impact the asset-backed securities (ABS) the unit sponsors owing to the potential transfer of servicing in the transactions to other entities, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report.
