Moody's downgrades to Aa2 from Aa1 and affirms VMIG 1 LOC-backed Georgetown Univ. Ser. 2007 B-1, B-2, C-1 and C-2

New York, May 26, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the long-term LOC-backed ratings to Aa2 from Aa1 and affirmed the VMIG 1 short-term ratings of District of Columbia University Revenue Bonds (Georgetown University (the "University") Issue) Series 2007 B-1, Series 2007 B-2, Series 2007 C-1 and Series 2007 C-2 (collectively the "Bonds") in conjunction with the replacement of the current letters of credit with a letter of credit ("LOC") from Bank of America, N.A ("BofA") for Series 2007 B-1 and B-2 and a LOC from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation ("SMBC") for Series 2007 C-1 and C-2 (BofA and SMBC collectively the "Banks").
