London, 03 June 2016 -- Moody's has today downgraded the ratings of three notes in "Aire Valley Mortgages 2006-1 plc" residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) master trust ("Aire Valley"). Today's rating action follows the downgrade of Deutsche Bank AG counterparty risk assessment to A3(cr) from A2(cr) on the 23rd of May (http://www.moodys.com/viewresearchdoc.aspx?docid=PR_349327).
