Moody's Downgrades National Scale Ratings on Real Estate Certificates Issued by RB Capital Securitizadora S.A. and RB Capital Companhia de Securitização
Sao Paulo, January 30, 2015 -- Moody's América Latina, Ltda. has downgraded the national scale ratings of the 3rd series of certificates of RB Capital Securitizadora S.A. the 4th series of certificates of RB Capital Securitizadora S.A, the 42nd series of certificates of RB Capital Securitizadora S.A. and the 31st series of certificates of RB Capital Companhia de Securitização to Aa1.br from Aaa.br, and placed ratings on review for further downgrade . The Baa3 ratings on the global scale were placed on review for downgrade.
