New York, November 13, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has corrected the review direction for the Baa2 (sf) rating of the Class P Notes due 2020 issued by Nautique Funding Ltd. to direction uncertain from review for downgrade. The rating for this class of notes was placed on review on August 22, 2013 and was assigned an incorrect watchlist value due to an internal administrative error. The correct current rating for Class P Notes is Baa2 (sf), on review direction uncertain.
