New York, April 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that it is correcting the rating history and withdrawing the rating for the U.S. $1,500,000 PreTSL Combination Series P XXIV-1 Combination Certificates. Components of the composite notes were unwound in whole on April 4, 2012. Based on the information provided by the trustee, Moody's confirmed the rating at Aa3 (sf) on September 23, 2014, placed the Aa3 (sf) rating on review for upgrade on June 26, 2014, and affirmed the rating at Aa3 (sf) on October 17, 2013.
