Moody's: COMM 2014-TWC Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, April 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that COMM 2014-TWC OA LLC, the current Control Party in the transaction, has elected to terminate Situs Holdings, LLC as Special Servicer and will appoint Strategic Asset Services LLC ("SAS") , as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
