Moody's: COMM 2014-CCRE20 and COMM 2014-UBS5 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights for the Harwood Center Loan

New York, September 08, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that Torchlight Investors LLC, as Directing Lender for the Harwood Center Loan ("the Loan") and the Non-Lead Controlling Class Representative, pursuant to the Co-Lender Agreement between the A-1 Note Lender (COMM 2014-UBS5) and the A-2 Note Lender (COMM 2014-CCRE20), has elected to terminate Rialto Capital Advisors LLC as Special Servicer for the Loan and appoint Torchlight Loan Services, LLC as the successor Special Servicer. The proposed special servicer transfer and replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
