New York, August 09, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that a proposed amendment (the "Amendment") to the Operating Guidelines of Channel Capital Plc, a managed CDPC, (the "Issuer") will not, in and of itself and at this time, cause the Moody's Issuer counterparty rating and debt ratings of Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or downgraded. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendment could have non-credit-related effects.
