Moody's Assigns P-1 LOC-Backed Ratings of the Water and Sewer System CP Note Series A-1, A-2, B-1 and B-2
New York, May 13, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned P-1 ratings to the Miami-Dade County, Florida Water and Sewer System Commercial Paper Notes, Series A-1 (tax-exempt), A-2 (taxable), B-1 (tax-exempt) and B-2 (taxable), (the Notes). Letters of credit (LOCs) for the Notes will be provided by Barclay's Bank PLC (Barclay's) for the Series A-1 and A-2 Notes and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (Sumitomo) for the Series B-1 and B-2 Notes.
