Moody's assigns definitive Aaa to Series 24 of CBA's Covered Bond Programme
Sydney, January 22, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive long-term rating of Aaa to the Series 24 covered bonds issued under the US$30 billion covered bond programme of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA" or the "Issuer") (Aa2/Prime-1/B-). CBA issued USD2 billion fixed-rate Series 24 covered bonds with a 3-year soft-bullet maturity and a 1 year Extended Due for Payment Date.
