Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority -- Moody's places Mohegan CFR on review for upgrade; assigns ratings to new $1.4 bil. credit facility
New York, September 20, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service today placed Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority's (MTGA) B3 Corporate Family Rating on review for upgrade in response to the company's announcement that it intends to refinance its existing credit facility with a new $1.4 billion credit facility, and that it has tendered for its outstanding $585 million 9 ¾% senior unsecured notes and $100 million 11% senior subordinated notes. The outlook was revised to rating under review from positive.
