Minsur S.A. -- Moody's downgrades Minsur to Ba1; outlook changed to negative
New York, October 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has downgraded to Ba1 from Baa3 the rating of Minsur S.A. ('Minsur")´s USD 450 million senior unsecured notes due in 2024. At the same time, Moody's has withdrawn Minsur's issuer rating and assigned a Ba1 corporate family ratings (CFR) to Minsur on the global scale. The outlook changed to negative from stable.
