New York, February 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has taken rating actions on three Peruvian mining companies and their respective debt issuances. These actions reflect Moody's perception of increased credit risk for the mining sector, and also an effort to align ratings with the fundamental shift in the credit conditions of the global mining sector. These rating actions conclude the review initiated on January 21, 2016.
