Metro AG -- Moody's: Lack of consensus among UK food retailers hampers efforts to improve disclosure
London, 19 January 2016 -- A lack of consensus among the UK's large food retailers is detracting from efforts by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) to improve the way that companies report complex supplier arrangements and will prolong the uneven disclosure of supplier income, says Moody's Investors Service in a special report published today.
