Massachusetts Dept. of Trans.- Metro.Hwy.Sys. -- Moody's Downgrades to Aa3 LOC-Backed Mass. DOT- Metro. Highway System Senior Lien 2010 Ser. A-1
New York, March 31, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Aa3 from Aa2 the long-term joint support letter of credit backed rating of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Metropolitan Highway System Revenue Bonds (Senior) Variable Rate Demand Obligations 2010 Series A-1 (the Bonds). The short-term VMIG 1 rating assigned to the Bonds remains unchanged.
