Toronto, June 04, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service upgraded Magna International Inc.'s issuer rating to Baa1 from Baa2, driven by the improved profitability of its European operations and Moody's expectation that this progress will continue. Magna's ratings outlook remains stable.
