New York, June 09, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the P-1 LOC-backed ratings of the Municipal Improvement Corporation of Los Angeles (the Corporation) Lease Revenue Commercial Paper Notes Tax-Exempt Series A-1, Taxable Series B-1, Tax-Exempt Series A-2, Taxable Series B-2, Tax-Exempt Series A-3, Taxable Series B-3, Tax-Exempt Series A-4 and Taxable Series B-4 (collectively the Notes).
