Longview Power LLC -- Moody's assigns B2 to Longview Power; outlook stable

Approximately $275 million of senior secured credit facilities affectedNew York, March 25, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a rating of B2 to Longview' Power, LLC's (Longview) proposed approximately $250 million six year senior secured term loan and its approximate $25 million five year senior secured revolving credit facility. The financing is being obtained in accordance with Longview's court approved plan to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will be used to repay approximately $150 million of debtor-in-possession financing and to complete repairs on the project. The rating outlook is stable.
