Link Real Estate Investment Trust (The) -- Moody's: Joint land acquisition raises financial risk for Link REIT; no material impact for Nan Fung
Hong Kong, January 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the joint land acquisition by The Link Real Estate Investment Trust's (Link, A2 stable) and Nan Fung International Holdings Limited (Baa3 stable) is credit negative for Link, but has no immediate impact on its ratings. The acquisition has no impact on Nan Fung's ratings, given the limited size of the land acquisition relative to the company's credit profile.
