Level 3 Communications, Inc. -- Correction to Text, 29 October 2014 Release: Moody's upgrades Level 3's CFR to B2; outlook stable
Toronto, March 13, 2015 -- In the last paragraph of the Ratings Rationale section, added the following as the second sentence: "Other methodologies used include Loss Given Default for Speculative-Grade Non-Financial Companies in the U.S., Canada and EMEA published in June 2009."
