Lancashire County Council -- Moody's affirms Aa2 rating on Lancashire County Council; negative outlook
London, 30 September 2016 -- Moody's Public Sector Europe ("MPSE") has today affirmed the Aa2 long-term issuer rating on Lancashire County Council ("Lancashire" or "LCC").
