New York, March 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service downgraded the ratings of KLX Inc ("KLX"), including the Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to B1 from Ba2, the Probability of Default Rating to B1-PD from Ba2-PD, and the senior unsecured notes to B2 from Ba3. The rating outlook is stable.
