KCG Holdings, Inc. -- Moody's Rates KCG's $500M Senior Note Issuance B1
New York, March 03, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a B1 rating to the new $500 million senior secured notes due 2020 (the "2020 Notes") issued by KCG Holdings, Inc. ("KCG"). The proceeds will be used to repay its 8.25% senior secured notes due 2018 and its 3.50% convertible notes due March 15, 2015 which together total $423 million. The remainder will be used for general corporate purposes. Moody's also affirmed KCG's B1 Corporate Family Rating and B1 senior secured rating and maintained a positive outlook on all ratings.
