Jersey Central Power & Light Company -- Moody's affirms Jersey Central Power & Light's Baa2 senior unsecured rating; changes rating outlook to stable from negative
New York, March 24, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today affirmed the Baa2 senior unsecured rating and A3 senior secured rating of Jersey Central Power & Light Co (JCPL) and changed the rating outlook to stable from negative. The rating action follows the resolution of JCPL's long-standing base rate and storm cost recovery cases at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU).
