J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. -- Moody's assigns Baa1 rating to J.B. Hunt's new senior unsecured notes
New York, August 03, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a Baa1 rating to the new senior unsecured notes due 2022 that J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. ("J.B. Hunt") plans to issue. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to repay $250 million of principal amount of the 3.375% senior unsecured notes that mature on September 15, 2015 and up to $97 million of amounts outstanding under the company's revolving credit agreement, as well as for general corporate purposes. The rating outlook is stable.
