Ithaca Energy Inc. -- Moody's affirms Ithaca Energy's B2/Caa1 ratings and changes outlook to negative
London, 09 December 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed Ithaca Energy Inc.'s B2 corporate family rating (CFR), the B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) rating, and the Caa1 rating for its senior unsecured notes due 2019 with a loss given default assessment of LGD5 (88%), which are guaranteed on a senior subordinated basis by certain of its subsidiaries. However, the rating outlook is changed to negative.
