Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. -- Moody's raises Isle of Capri's CFR to B1 from B2, stable outlook
New York, September 18, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today raised Isle of Capri Casino, Inc.'s (Isle) Corporate Family Rating to B1 from B2. The company's Probability of Default Rating and issue-level ratings were also upgraded, including a one-notch upgrade of Isle's $350 million senior subordinated notes due 2020 to B3 from Caa1. Moody's assigned an SGL-2 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating to Isle. The rating outlook was revised from positive to stable.
