Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc. -- Moody's says Intrawest Resorts' purchase of the remaining half of Blue Mountain is a credit positive; Ratings unaffected

New York, September 12, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said today that Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc.'s ("Intrawest") purchase of the remaining 50% equity interest in Blue Mountain Ski Resorts ("Blue Mountain") that is not already owned by the company is a credit positive, but it does not immediately impact the company's B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) or stable outlook.
