New York, September 08, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) today affirmed the Corporate Family Rating (CFR) of Innovation Ventures' (Innovation), but changed the outlook to stable from negative. Moody's also affirmed the company's B3 senior secured rating and SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating. The outlook revision to stable reflects Moody's view that revenues have stabilized and will remain around current levels over the foreseeable future.
