ING Bank Eurasia -- Moody's assigns Baa3 senior unsecured debt rating to ING Bank Eurasia; outlook negative
London, 27 April 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Baa3 long-term global scale local currency senior unsecured debt rating to ING Bank Eurasia (IBE). The rating carries a negative outlook. Any subsequent local currency senior unsecured debt issuance by IBE will be rated at the same rating level, subject to there being no material change to the bank's overall credit profile.
