IDEAL -- Moody's recalibrates Mexico's national rating scale and repositions national scale ratings of project finance and infrastructure issuers
Mexico, June 13, 2016 -- Moody's de Mexico, ("Moody's") has repositioned the national scale ratings (NSRs) of 11 Mexican project finance and infrastructure issuers in conjunction with the recalibration of the Mexican national rating scale. In addition, to enhance transparency of the meaning of NSRs and to minimize the chances they will be misinterpreted, the short-term global scale ratings (GSRs) of two issuers, the corresponding NSRs of which are already public, are being published for the first time.
