HSBC Prime Money Market Fund -- Moody's Affirms Aaa-mf Rating of HSBC US Government Money Market Fund Following Merger with Prime Fund
New York, October 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has affirmed the Aaa-mf rating of HSBC US Government Money Market Fund (Government Fund) and withdrawn the Aaa-mf rating of HSBC Prime Money Market Fund (Prime Fund) following their merger. Approximately $500 million of assets were transferred from the Prime Fund into the Government Fund at the time of the merger.
