HSBC Bank plc -- Moody's: Litigation and conduct remediation charges pose risks for UK's largest banks
London, 23 September 2015 -- Litigation and conduct remediation charges continue to affect the profitability of the UK's largest banks, says Moody's Investors Service in a report published today. As captured in the ratings, these charges present considerable tail risk for the UK's five largest banks, although Santander UK PLC would be affected to a lesser extent.
